Mathias Klotz

Designed as a holiday home to accommodate a family, the house is built on a 45 degree slope.

The site is located on a steep slope , offering magnificent views of the beach. The three floors are arranged as follows: the basement is used for common space and includes a games room and TV room; on the intermediate level there are bedrooms, as well as two living rooms; the upper level houses the service areas, master bedroom, living room and family dining room.

It stands on a site sloping down to Cachagua beach on the Pacific, 140 kilometers north of Santiago, Chile.
