 Research the Target audience 

      For my project my target audience will be a young couple. But, in my opinion, the beach house is quite practical for different target audiences. And for each specific place has its own audience. For example, tourists are often interested in real estate by the sea. Or the house can serve as a vacation spot for a family who lives in the city and sometimes needs a break from the hustle and bustle. Also suitable for permanent residence of a family who prefer to live with beautiful sea views rather than in high-rise buildings. Another good example is an introvert who enjoys one-on-one time. In this case, a house near the beach, away from others, would be ideal for him. Where this person will feel peace and tranquility. That is, we can conclude that the beach house is quite practical and can suit many people. But of course, everyone chooses according to their preferences and character. For my main project, my target audience will be a young couple who have just moved and are looking for a place to call home.
