This Beach House will be located in Dominican Republic with legendary Caribbean Sea. Each year, thousands of investors put their money into buying homes, apartments, and bungalows. Experts believe that real estate in the Dominican Republic is relatively liquid. And a lot of people simply relocate permanently to this warm nation. The Dominican Republic has affordable real estate costs. In well-known resorts (Sosua, Cabarete, or Bavaro), you can get a tiny apartment 5–10 minutes from the beach for $40–50,000. The law permits foreign buyers to buy any type of property in the nation, including land. 

On the northern coast of the Dominican Republic sits the resort town of Cabarete. A coral reef surrounds and protects Cabarete Bay. It is a hub for water sports due to the calm waters and windy weather on beaches like Cabarete and Kite. Encuentro Beach, further north along the coast, is well-known for its surf breakers. The main thoroughfare in the town, Calle Principal, is dotted with eateries and bars close to the waterfront.

Sea Horse Ranch was established in the 1990s, not long after Puerto Plata's international airport opened, and is situated in Cabarete on the country's north coast. Being the first professionally designed gated community on the island's north coast, our aim from the start was to set the bar high for all who came after us.

Climate

The Dominican Republic enjoys a tropical climate with the typical year-round warm and humid conditions associated with the Tropics.(World Bank Climate Change Knowledge Portal 2023) In the winter months of December to February, seasonal mean temperatures are 20–25˚C, whereas in the warmer months of June to August and September to November, they are 25–27˚C. The majority of locations receive at least 100-200 mm of rain every month throughout the rainy season, which runs from May to November.

 

 Population 

 The Dominican Republic's total population was 11.28 million in January 2023. Data shows that the Dominican Republic's population increased by 106 thousand (+0.9 percent) between 2022 and 2023. 49.8 percent of the Dominican Republic's population is female, while 50.2 percent of the population is male.(Kemp, 2023)
