Initial Ideas generation (Crazy Eights)
Initial ideas
After studying the project brief and topic, I created some visual ideas for my projects to refine later. The exercise consisted of folding an A3 sheet of paper and dividing it into eight sections. Then I spent two minutes creating quick sketches for each section.
I ended up with 8 different sketches that were done in an industrial style. After looking at each of them in detail, I chose the most interesting ones and the ones where I think I can develop the idea further. I chose the third and the fourth. The idea of all my next drawings was taken from the third sketch, where I drew the interior of a dome-shaped building and where the whole wall was in windows of different sizes but round. These windows stretched from the bottom to the top. Further developing this sketch I drew it only with square windows. And from here came the idea to make the design of the building with different squares of different sizes. So on the image you can see buildings with squares that I drew randomly on the sheet and just then combined into one building. And I definitely like the idea that I got.

Add an image of the drawing you thought was the most successful.
