Skills development. Model making.
Model Making
In second session in week 5 we continue to develop our skills. We studied model making. Our lesson began with learning about different types of materials. Different boards for our work with which we can create what we want.
After that we try to cut something easy from mountboard so we would be familiar with using this materials and also try different techniques. For cutting I use sharp knife.
For final task we create 3d two story house house from mountboard with templates. I measured all piece from paper and draw it on mountboard and after that I cut it . Then I put it together with pva glue.
This skills will be useful for me in creating my final 3d outcome for my project. I learned how use materials and also how to create right templates for buildings. So now I can create a clean and well constructed model.
Images will be add later*

Go back to the presentation and look at what I discussed at the beginning - we were looking at creating WORKING models or CONCEPT models - these would be preliminary 3D Sketches for a client - discuss the materials available to you.
